By accessing or using SendRiot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

SendRiot is a platform that helps users compose and send emails to businesses, organizations, and public officials. The Service includes:

AI-powered email drafting
Integration with Gmail and Outlook for sending emails
Campaign features for collective action
Tracking of sent emails and responses

3. User Accounts

To use SendRiot, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SendRiot to:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
Send fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
Impersonate another person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use the Service for any commercial email marketing

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Email Sending

When you send emails through SendRiot:

Emails are sent from YOUR email address, not ours
You are solely responsible for the content you send
You must comply with your email provider's terms of service
You must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI helps draft emails based on your input. You understand that:

You should review all AI-generated content before sending
You are responsible for the final content you send
AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from your emails

7. Campaigns

When creating or joining campaigns:

Campaign creators are responsible for their campaign's content and purpose
Campaigns must not target individuals for harassment
We may remove campaigns that violate our terms or community guidelines
Joining a campaign does not guarantee any specific outcome

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions:

Are billed monthly in advance
Auto-renew unless cancelled
Can be cancelled at any time through account settings
No refunds are provided for partial months

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The SendRiot platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Your emails will be delivered or receive responses
AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable
The Service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDRIOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendRiot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
